Red Velvet Cake

This red velvet cake layered with cream cheese frosting. We only used Red Yeast Rice as our natural coloring. No any red coloring used in this cake. Therefore, the cake isn't as red as what you see elsewhere.

• Keep refrigerated at least 1 - 2 hours in the fridge upon receiving. Do not freeze
• Please kindly let the cake sit at room temperature directly from the fridge for at about 30 min before serving
• Best consumed within 2 days. However, the cake can last longer in the chiller for up to 4 days.
