Our take on the local favorite ondeh-ondeh cake. Aromatic smell of pandan cake made with homemade pandan extract, layered with authentic gula melaka with shredded coconut filling coated with a light cream cheese frosting, topped off with Hawaiian coconut flakes. An extra Gula Melaka syrup will be given for you to pour over the cake depending on your liking.
