All our cakes are 6 inches in diameter, except for some cakes which are also avalable in 8 inches.

Product FAQ

Q: Can you inscribe messages on the cake?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer inscription services on our cakes. However, we do provide message cards. You can type your personalized message in the designated box before proceeding to checkout.

Q: Will a knife and candles be included?

A: Absolutely! We provide both a knife and candles free of charge. Please select a knife and specify the number of candles you need before finalizing your order.

Q: Are your cakes halal?

A: While our bakery isn't halal-certified, rest assured that we only use halal ingredients in our baking process and in halal friendly environment Furthermore, we do not use alcohol in any of our recipes.

Q: Can I request a less sweet cake?

A: We regret to inform you that we cannot adjust the sweetness of our cakes.

Q: Do you accept customized cakes?

A: We're afraid we do not accept requests for custom designs or flavors. All our cake designs are set and can be viewed on our website.

Q: Can I order for same-day delivery?

A: At present, we do offer same-day delivery with limited types of cakes available on that day. Our products require time to prepare, therefore we do not have all ready stock cakes available. To ensure the freshness of our cakes, all of them are baked daily. To avoid any disappointment, we kindly urge you to pre-order your cakes through our website.

Required Information for Delivery

Please provide the following information for delivery:

  1. Recipient’s full name (both first and last).
  2. Recipient’s complete address, as recognizable on Google Maps.
  3. Recipient’s contact number in full.

Delivery Address Specifications

The delivery address you provide must be identifiable on Google Maps. Before finalizing your order, double-check the accuracy of the address. We'll deliver your order to the exact address you've entered into our system.

For "Company/Apartment" addresses, the unit number you input is only for reference, helping our drivers navigate the premises more easily or provide information to security guards if necessary. However, please note that direct delivery to individual units in high-rise or multi-story buildings is not included (refer below for more details).

In case the specified location is inaccessible by our drivers (for example, due to lack of road access), we'll deliver to the closest car-accessible area. In such instances, you'll be required to collect your order from the driver at this location, and we will not refund the delivery fees.

Delivery Fee

Our delivery services cover areas within a 50KM radius from our store location, according to Google Maps, primarily focusing on KL and Selangor areas. FREE DELIVERY is applicable within 25KM from our location to your destination.

To determine the delivery fee for your address, follow these steps:

  1. Use Google Maps to check the distance from Two Men Baker to your address: Click here to check.
  2. Refer to the table below to identify your zone.
  3. Check the delivery fee corresponding to your zone.
  4. The final decision of the distance calculation will be decided by the website during placing your order.

    Delivery Fee Calculation

    Your delivery fee will be automatically computed at the checkout page once you input the address.

    Please note, a single order number applies to ONE delivery address for the same date and time slot only.

    If you wish to deliver to multiple addresses, or on different dates or times, these cannot be included under the same order number. You'll need to create separate orders for each on our website.

    Delivery Time Slot

    We aim to ensure that all orders arrive within your chosen delivery time slot. However, we cannot commit to specific arrival times (e.g., "after/at 12PM"). Our drivers operate on planned routes, delivering to multiple locations per trip. While we strive to ensure all orders arrive within the selected time frame, unpredictable factors like traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

    Please be aware that Two Men Baker cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, and we will not issue refunds or arrange re-deliveries for late orders. In extreme weather conditions, non-delivery may occur. If this happens, we'll provide a refund.

    We advise customers to choose a delivery time slot with these possibilities in mind. Make sure the recipient is present at the delivery address before confirming the date and time of your order.

    Two Men Baker won't be held accountable for early arrivals or delivery delays due to circumstances impacting the driver or any other factors beyond our control.

    If you cannot risk the items arriving earlier or later than your chosen time frame, please consider self-pickup or select an early delivery time slot.

    Changes to Delivery Details

    If you need to make changes to your delivery details, please reach out to us via WhatsApp at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. We can't guarantee changes can be made after this period, nor can we take responsibility if there's no one to receive the delivery during the scheduled time.

    High-rise/Multi-storied Buildings Delivery

    Our delivery partners do not offer delivery to individual units within high-rise/multi-storied buildings. The driver will hand over the cake to the recipient at the lobby, drop-off point, or ground floor of the building where parking is not required. If you're unable to receive the cake during the delivery window, the driver will leave it in a location specified by you.

    How can I place an order?

    Follow these simple steps:
    1. Browse our product assortment on our website.
    2. Select your desired delivery date.
    3. Optional: Choose candles/knife and input a message for a printed card.
    4. Add your chosen items to your cart and finalize your payment.
    5. Voila! Your order is confirmed!

    Is direct purchasing available at your store?

    Regrettably, no. We do not operate a physical storefront. All purchases must be made in advance on a pre-order basis.

    Why can't I pick a specific date?

    If a date is not selectable, it indicates that the chosen product is not available, or the cut-off time has passed. The cut-off time for some products is 10 PM daily, while others require an order 2 days in advance.

    Can I alter my order?

    Certainly! Please reach out to us via WhatsApp at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. We'll confirm if your changes can be accommodated.

    Can I change the cake in my order?

    Absolutely! Please connect with us via WhatsApp a minimum of 48 hours before your delivery date. We'll inform you whether the change is feasible.

    Can I add to my existing order?

    Definitely! Contact us via WhatsApp at least 48 hours before your delivery date, and we'll let you know if we can facilitate your additions.

    Where is your store located?

    Our kitchen is comfortably located at No.1, Jalan Damai Perdana, 1/3 Bandar Damai Perdana, 56000 Cheras, KL. We're fully online based therefore there's no pick up available.

    Return & Exchange

    Refund Policy

    Please note that all our cakes are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once the items have left our premises, either by delivery or self-pickup, all sales are considered final. We do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges. Rest assured, we thoroughly inspect all our items before dispatching them, ensuring you receive the best quality and condition.

    Cancellation & Amendment

    Once your order is confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations. If you need to make changes, please contact us via WhatsApp with your delivery details at least 48 hours in advance.

    Two Men Baker will not be held responsible for late or non-deliveries, or cakes damaged during the delivery process due to the following circumstances:

    - The recipient is not present at the specified address during the delivery period
    - No such person exists at the given address
    - The given address is incorrect or insufficient
    - The recipient refuses the item, unaware of someone ordering for them (Buyers should inform the recipient beforehand to avoid misunderstandings. Any refusal by the recipient is considered as successful delivery. No refund requests will be accepted in such cases.)
    - No valid contact number is provided or the recipient does not answer the calls after multiple reasonable attempts to reach them
    - We will not entertain any refund requests for non-delivery due to the perishable nature of our products
    - In rare circumstances, late delivery is beyond our control, and Two Men Baker will not be held liable for any claims

    Damage and Issues

    Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect your items promptly to ensure accuracy.

    If there are any issues with wrong or incomplete orders, please notify us within 3 hours of receipt. All items must remain unconsumed and in their original state for us to facilitate a refund or product exchange.
